Currently I am taking referrals for relationship therapy only, I am not taking new referrals for individual therapy.

General counselling for a range of issues.

An integrated therapy approach.

Over the last 10 years, I have trained in a range of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) as well as trauma-specific approaches such as Trauma- Informed Stabilisation Treatment, Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Based CBT. In my private practice, I use an integrated approach and tailor a treatment plan to your specific needs.

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, which means I am registered to provide Medicare-rebated counselling services. Ask your GP or specialist if you can be referred to me under a Mental Health Treatment Plan, which will provide you with a rebate for up to 10 sessions per year.

I am also an Approved Counsellor with the Victims Services Approved Counselling Service, which means I am able to offer counselling for those who have been a Victim of Crime in NSW. I most commonly provide counselling to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, however if you have experienced any other crime, you may be eligible for free counselling.
